Dates & Fees

We are currently accepting applications for late summer 2020, winter 2020/21, and summer 2021.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we have taken the decision to cancel our first four sessions of summer 2020. We have also suspended all admin fees and restrictions on date changes, so that students with confirmed places can switch to future sessions as many times as necessary with no further charges.

Program start dates are listed below. Our simple fee structure covers our entire package for the residential program, including your hospital shadowing placement and catered accommodation (see below for details).

The fees also include all the help you need from our expert Student Support Officers making your application as well as preparing for, during and after your placement.

Registration $450

The Registration Fee is required to submit your application. It covers us processing your application, conducting your admission interview, taking up references as required and reserving your accommodation in our guesthouse until the program fee due date.

Once submitted, your Registration Fee is not refundable if you choose to cancel your application.

If you do not pass your admission interview, or we reject your application for any other reason, we will refund your Registration Fee in full.

University & High School Program Fee $3,450

The Program Fee covers your two-week residential experience, including:

  • 40+ hours doctor shadowing
  • Personal mentorship
  • Global health seminars
  • Exclusive accommodation with in-house chef (10 meals p/w)
  • Clinical experience certificate
  • Verifiable recommendation letters
  • Professional support throughout

Your Program Fee is due 120 days before your program start date, or can be paid in three installments at 180, 120 and 60 days.
